Expert-Guided Wine Discovery

Our personalised monthly subscription is a wine consultancy service just for you. We deliver a bespoke selection of exemplary wines to you each month, based entirely on your preferences.

The process begins with a visit, in person or via video call. We provide a selection of samples to enjoy a first tasting experience together, and assess everything from your drinking habits to your storage, glassware, consumption, tastes (now) and where you wish to evolve.

We also work together to establish what you want to get out of your personalised monthly subscription. You might want to explore more wines from a particular region, or perhaps there’s a certain grape you want to be drinking.You might want to experience everything, and expand your knowledge and palate. Helping people on their wine journey is our passion, so anything goes!”

You can then sit back and let us build your selection each month, and have it delivered to your door along with tasting notes and food pairing suggestions. Included in the service is advice on storage, glassware, and tastings, so you know you’ll be doing every drop of fine wine justice.

We arrange a consultation (in your own home if local to us) to get a feel for your likes and dislikes and to find out what you want to get out of the club

Once we establish what you’re looking for in terms of style, budget, social events and education, we’ll do the hard work and build your bespoke order for you.

Each month, once you’ve selected your wines from our recommendations, we will take payment and secure your choices.

Your wines will be delivered during the last week of the month.

Each month we will schedule a call with you to evaluate, discuss and assess what you enjoyed most about the selection, and what new experiences you may be looking for from your next order.

Personal wine subscription: 
Absolutely. We put together a selection of wines based on everything discussed in our monthly consultation, then let us know what you want to go ahead with.

Yes! You’re always free to skip a month, as long as you let us know in time –

Mixed Case Subscription:
By the 10th of the delivery month.

Personal wine subscription: 
By the 25th of the previous month.

Whether it’s time for a break, you’re away, or you just need some time to work your way through your delicious bottles without the stress of new ones turning up, we completely understand.

If you would like to pause your account for longer or cancel your subscription then please let us know.

We’ll do our utmost to help! Let us know if you’d like to order additional bottles of current and past wines featured in your curated mixed cases or personal monthly subscription, and we’ll do everything we can to source more for you. There is a six-bottle minimum for orders.

Arghh! We hate when this happens. And we understand how disappointing this can be. Because wine is a natural product, that can mean that things occasionally go wrong or slip through the cracks.

Just let us know if there is a problem with a bottle and we’ll look at how we can sort it out for you. We’ll offer either a replacement bottle or a discount off your next box.

You will always be billed immediately at the time of checkout, but subsequent orders will be charged on the 14th of the month. If you subscribe before the 14th of the month, your payment will be for the box sent out at the end of the month. If you sign up after the 14th of the month, your first payment will be taken and will pay for the next month’s box. All subscribers will be billed monthly.

Whether we deliver it ourselves or through a courier, someone doesn’t necessarily need to be home.

If you won’t be available to receive the wine club shipment, we recommend sending it to a workplace or business address. Alternatively, you can let us know a safe place to leave the delivery, or arrange for it to be left with a trusted neighbour.

If, for any reason, your delivery can’t be completed and is returned to us, a return shipping fee will apply if you’d like it reshipped.

We use Yodel and DHL.

They each have their own strengths and weaknesses, so we try to optimise for where they provide the quickest and highest quality service.

We also know that sometimes you may have a preference for which couriers are the best in your area and who gets things to you the most quickly and with the least fuss. If that’s the case, please let us know and we can set them up as your default courier for all your orders.

At this stage this is not something we offer.

Our courier partners are Yodel and DHL and they are unable to offer this service.

You can of course have your parcel sent to your home, work, a parcel pick-up point or any registered address.

We do everything we can to make our boxes as friendly on the environment as possible with recycled and recyclable materials, eliminating plastic where possible and using biodegradable packaging materials as much as we can.
