Our carefully curated selection of wines are as perfect for a committed wine enthusiast as they are for someone just starting out on their wine journey. With a subscription, you can give the gift that keeps on giving, allowing them to explore new and exciting wines each month.

FAQs

Our gift boxes – one-off gift boxes or taster subscriptions – are prepaid at the time of purchase in the form of a non-refundable one-time credit card payment.

No! No activation of any kind is required for your gift recipient to begin receiving his/her wine deliveries. Once you purchase a gift subscription, shipments will automatically begin according to our standard monthly delivery schedule. However, we might contact you or them first to check the best delivery address and preferred start date.

It most certainly is!

You can choose to delay the dispatch of the box by letting us know the ideal date you would like it to arrive in the comments box when checking out. Please be aware though that shipping can take 3 working days from the date of dispatch and we also need time to put together a lovely selection of wine so make sure to give us about a week’s notice, stock dependant.

Whether we deliver it ourselves or through a courier, someone doesn’t necessarily need to be home.

If your gift recipient won’t be available to receive the wine club shipment, we recommend sending it to a workplace or business address. Alternatively, you can let us know a safe place to leave the delivery, or arrange for it to be left with a trusted neighbour.

If, for any reason, your delivery can’t be completed and is returned to us, a return shipping fee will apply if you’d like it re-shipped.

We use Yodel and DHL.

They each have their own strengths and weaknesses, so we try to optimise for where they provide the quickest and highest quality service.

We also know that sometimes you may have a preference for which couriers are the best in your area and who gets things to you the most quickly and with the least fuss. If that’s the case, please let us know and we can set them up as your default courier for all your orders.

At this stage, this is not something we offer.

Our courier partners are Yodel and DHL and they are unable to offer this service.

You can of course have your parcel sent to your home, work, a parcel pick-up point or any registered address.

We do everything we can to make our boxes as friendly on the environment as possible with recycled and recyclable materials, eliminating plastic where possible and using biodegradable packaging materials as much as we can.
